Customer Service Award

We are proud to announce, Honda of Danbury’s Service and Parts Departments have been named a top Customer Service Experience (CSE) performer for 2011!

The CSE award is presented by Honda North America to dealerships enrolled in the Professionals Recognition Program who achieve an overall CSE score of 92.0 or better for customer satisfaction in parts and service during the previous year. This success reflects their continued dedication to delivering the highest quality of work and level of customer service that we strive to achieve at all Penske Automotive Dealerships.

Honda of Danbury will receive a banner to display their accomplishment as well as a visit from the executive team at Honda to honor them with this elite award. Congratulations again, to our staff and, "Thank You," to our customers for helping us attain this prestigious award!
